None Excel Add-in for Marketo Excel Add-in for Marketo is a part of Excel import and export add-ins package. Marketo is a platform for automating your digital marketing, and by using this Excel add-in, you are able to import Marketo data to Excel, process it, and also export it back to Marketo.
Before you can start using the add-in, a connection to Marketo must be established. For this, you will have to provide a domain, client id and client secret. You can also set a few other connection parameters as well, and test to see if the connection was successful.
After a successful connection, you can start with importing the data to Excel. You can do so, with the help of Import Wizard, which allows you to select different objects to import, set filters and ordering, and also use custom SQL statements. Data can be also previewed, before finalizing the import.
After the data has been imported to Excel, you can start using all of the Excel's capabilities to process the data. You can also edit the data and send it back to Marketo, and if you change your mind, and you don't want the changes to be made to Marketo, you can also reverse the changes back to previous state.
Data can be also refreshed at any time from the source. Changes you make to the data also get highlighted. Changes also gets validated, ensuring a smooth commit back to Marketo. And, if you want, you can also set custom colors for different cell errors, added rows and similar, amongst a few other options.
